The thing that I clearly remember about Nancy was we rode the same school bus and she had a beautiful voice. She stood up and faced the bus passengers and belted out "California Dreaming". She got a roaring round of applause. I regret that I had not seen her since 1978 at our 10 year reunion.
For my friend Nancy, I many special memories with Nancy in Hopkins Minnesota. She held the Raspberry Festival close to her and took great pride in everything she was involved in. Every Christmas her letter was so special to receive she forgot no one. Every High School Graduation , Wedding and new born babies she was sure to send a card . She will be truly missed. What a joyful reunion she is now having with her mom and dad.

Nancy was apart of my Raspberry Family, and shared many holiday withy family. I think my mom, Kathy Anderson, would share her "Salsa Girls" experience as one of her favorites. However, I will always remember Nancy as always being able to say the right thing, when needed most.
She was a brilliant writer, and will always be remembered by her Raspberry Family.
RIP Nancy, you will be missed.
Sending sympathy and prayers on Nancy's passing. She was an energetic, independent woman... now resting in the arms of her Maker.

I remember the exact same incident as Debbie Dickey Hartwig. Nancy was in the bathroom crying about getting her socks dirty and was trying so hard to get them clean again. She must have really cared about what mom said about getting a privilege taken away if those socks came home dirty!! I was a grade behind Nancy (Linda Verink White) and remember her as always being a happy person who always knew you and had a smile for you. My thoughts and prayers to her family. May she find peace, love and joy in her heavenly home.
With Deepest Sympathy. ...

Nancy was a grade ahead of me in school. She was in my brother, Jerry's class. I remember her crying in the bathroom in grade school, trying to clean her white socks that got dirty, in fear that her Mother would find out! I didn't think it was a big deal cause my socks got dirty all the time! In High School she had a beautiful voice and was such a kind and happy person. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
